I love the essential fragrance types of Dolce & Gabbana, Usher, SeanJohn, Coco Channel, Jamaican Fruit, Blue Nile, Cherry, Island Butter, Sandlewood, Peppermint, Lavender the list is endless; but what about the other pleasure properties, specifically health benefits of essential oils?

Back to our topic by gently massaging into sore and tired muscles or made into a compress and applied with heat, enhances the production of the body natural pain killers "endorphins"and activate the brains ability to alleviate pain. These oils are balsam, fir, black pepper, ginger, lavender and wintergreen.

The culprits being bacteria infection, diet, injuries, reactions to chemicals and hormonal imbalances. The anti-inflammatory properties of German Chamomile, Fennel, Balsam, Fir, Peppermint, Thyme and many more.
